As far as drip irrigation is concerned, the problem of clogging of drip irrigation pipes often occurs. There are three reasons for the clogging of drip irrigation pipes:
(1) The sediment is clogged. Mainly caused by chemical fertilizers and water sedimentation. One is that some fertilizers remaining in the drip irrigation pipe after drip irrigation will precipitate, such as calcium sulfate, which will block the flow channel of the emitter. Second, if the drip irrigation water is hard water and the carbonate content is too high, long-term use will generate more scale on the inner pipe wall of the drip irrigation and block the dripper.
(2) Physical blockage. This is the main cause of drip irrigation. Irrigation water quality is poor, and the filtration system is not perfect. After the mud and sand and other debris are pumped into the pipeline and drip irrigation pipe by the pump, when they pass through the jagged flow channel of the built-in dripper, the debris will block the flow channel and make the dripper unable to discharge water. .
(3) Biological blockage. The root system of the crop invades the drip irrigation outlet hole, or the blockage caused by the growth of algae and other microorganisms in the irrigation water. The water-to-water and unbalanced irrigation of crop roots will cause the roots to grow into the drip-irrigation water outlet and extend into the water outlet and cause blockage. If the irrigation water is rich in organisms such as algae, the drip irrigation system is often combined with fertilization, and the fertilizer pool and other light-proof facilities are not in place, which will easily cause a large number of microorganisms to multiply and block the inner wall of the drip irrigation.
When encountering the above blockage, everyone must solve it in time. Pre-processing can be used first, yes. According to the water quality and flow rate, three trash racks are made of wire mesh at the water intake of the pump. The number of trash racks installed is from small to large, which can effectively block suspended mud, sand and debris and reduce physical blockage. It is also possible to install filter systems and drip irrigation pipes reasonably. According to the water quality after pretreatment, sand and gravel filters, laminated filters, screen filters or combined use should be installed for filtration treatment. The water quality can generally reach the level of drip irrigation. Use standards. For example, a small-flow screen filter is installed after the shed head valve for secondary filtration treatment, which can greatly improve the safety performance of the drip irrigation system against clogging. When the drip irrigation pipe is installed in the field, the drip hole on the drip irrigation pipe faces upwards, which can make a small amount of impurities in the water settle on the bottom of the pipe and prevent the root system from invading the drip irrigation hole.
In addition, chemical anti-blocking is required, which can be cleaned with acid solution, and at the same time achieves the effect of disinfecting, inhibiting and eliminating algae and microorganisms in the water.
